Need help with a source, MCP link, or AI connector? Email hello@datamcp.app. Include what you were trying to do, the time of the error, and a request ID if one was shown. We review support requests, but do not promise a fixed response time.

Connecting an AI app

Sign in to DataMCP when the app asks, then select the source and MCP link you want that app to use. Review the access shown on the authorization screen before approving it. If the connection fails, check that your source, MCP link, and subscription are active, then try connecting again.

Disconnecting an AI app

Open Connected AI apps in dashboard settings and revoke the app's access. You can connect it again later if needed.

Security concerns

Report suspected unauthorized access to hello@datamcp.app. Never send us passwords, API keys, OAuth tokens, agent tokens, database URLs, or query results by email.
