Refund Policy

At DataMCP LLC ("DataMCP," "we," "us," or "our"), we want you to be satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy describes the terms under which you may request a refund for paid subscriptions.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription (Pro or Enterprise), you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. This guarantee applies to each billing cycle, so you are protected every month.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The refund request must be made within 14 calendar days of the charge date.
  • The request must be submitted via email to support@datamcp.app.
  • You must include your account email address and the reason for the refund request.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to support@datamcp.app with the following information:

  • Your account email address.
  • The date of the charge you would like refunded.
  • A brief description of why you are requesting a refund.

We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 1 business day.

Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through Stripe and returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

After a Refund

When a refund is issued, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your paid features until that date. After downgrade:

  • If you have more connections than the Free plan allows, you will need to remove excess connections to continue using the Service.
  • Activity logs exceeding the Free plan's 7-day retention will be deleted automatically.
  • Your data and configurations remain intact; you can upgrade again at any time.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 14 days after the charge date.
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Charges resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you failed to secure your credentials.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the remaining days of the billing cycle unless you are within the 14-day guarantee window.
